I’m an executive producer, showrunner, writer, and on-camera interviewer who builds ambitious flagship podcast and video content from the ground up.

I co-launched and built Get Real with Jim Weiss for Real Chemistry, leading its creative direction, editorial strategy, talent, production, post-production, and audience development across more than 45 episodes annually. The show now reaches 1.5 million listeners and viewers each year, with full-length episodes surpassing 100,000 views in their first week and top-performing clips exceeding one million views. I also secured a mainstage SXSW panel featuring Jim Weiss, Dr. Mary Claire Haver, and Dr. Jill Biden.

My work spans executive-led programming, narrative audio, branded entertainment and documentary development for iHeart, HBO Max, Refinery29, Complex, HartBeat, Luminary, Salt Audio and Alchemy. I’ve developed and pitched original podcast formats, built shows from concept through distribution, shaped interviews with globally recognized talent, led multidisciplinary teams, and created repeatable production systems that turn ambitious ideas into successful programming.

I combine a writer’s instinct for story with the creative leadership and operational precision required to execute at scale. I’m most drawn to smart, emotionally honest work at the intersection of culture, creativity, and connection.
